INPATIENT CARE

Admission Process

For planned surgeries or maternity admissions, visit the admission desk on the ground floor. Our coordinator will verify doctor recommendations, allocate your room category, and initiate TPA pre-authorization.

VISITATION POLICY

Visiting Hours: 4:30 PM – 7:00 PM

Visiting hours are active daily across all wards. To maintain sterile conditions and optimal patient rest, only one designated attendant pass is issued for overnight stay in inpatient rooms.

CASHLESS HOSPITALIZATION

4-Step Cashless Insurance Process

Seamless coordination with all major health insurance providers and TPAs.

1Step 1

Planned Admission Intimation

Inform our TPA helpdesk at least 48–72 hours prior to planned elective surgery with your doctor's admission advice.

2Step 2

Document Submission

Submit your health insurance policy copy, TPA e-card, Aadhaar/PAN card, and doctor diagnosis prescription.

3Step 3

Pre-Authorization Approval

Our hospital insurance desk coordinates with your TPA to obtain the initial pre-authorization amount.

4Step 4

Cashless Discharge

Upon discharge, final hospital bills are sent for TPA settlement. The patient pays only non-medical consumable expenses.

TPA Helpdesk Note: Cashless approval depends on individual policy terms, room rent capping, and waiting periods. Call our TPA insurance desk at +91 88678 37350 for instant policy verification.
